With our warranty, you can access services like refinishing, resizing, restoring settings, and replacing stones when necessary.
To start a warranty claim, please send an email to Info@symarajewellery.com with the following information:
- Your name, order number, or email address
- Clear photos of the jewelry from all angles
- A description of the service you need
Once our team receives this information and verifies your order, we’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Please keep in mind that any items that are lost, stolen, or physically altered by a third party (for example, soldered or resized by someone other than Modern Gents) are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
