All orders placed through this online store are considered custom orders, made specifically for you. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase. However, we provide a 30-day return window for eligible non-diamond gold jewelry, silver items, and plain wedding rings—please contact us to confirm details before buying. Each piece takes time to create, so returns must be in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt. Buyers pay restocking, reconditioning, and all shipping fees. No refunds on engraved items or fully customized products. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please return it at your cost—we will follow applicable laws in such cases. Deposits for special or custom orders cannot be refunded.
Engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow 2-3 extra days for delivery of engraved items.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging. We need to approve all returns first. Returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit—we do not refund shipping fees unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Need to cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Personalized jewelry can’t be canceled after that—but you can return it for exchange or store credit. If your order has shipped, please return the items to us. To cancel, message our customer care team via WhatsApp.
If an item arrives damaged and is under warranty, we’ll replace it. You can also get a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
