After the 3D design is confirmed, simple styles take 3-7 business days, while more complex designs require about 10-15 business days. For some large or highly intricate pieces, the exact delivery time will be confirmed with you after consulting our craftsmen. If you need an expedited order, please contact customer service in advance to discuss arrangements.

We will provide a 3D rendering for your approval before production begins. The final product will be made according to the confirmed 3D design. Minor variations within a reasonable range are normal. If there are significant discrepancies, we will remake the piece for free. Please review the design carefully before confirming, as production will only start once approved.

Yes. Some customers just want the name or initial on a clean gold or silver pendant, no stone. The chain is sold separately, so you can pick the length and finish that works for you.

You can choose from genuine natural diamonds, lab-grown diamond or moissanite. Each has a different look and price point. Natural diamonds carry that deep, traditional sparkle. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically the same and lighter on the budget. Moissanite gives you more fire for less.

That said, you’re not limited to diamonds. We also offer birthstones and other gemstones—sapphire, ruby, emerald, you name it. Some customers want their month’s stone.
